SHIPPING RATES

The Physio Shop charges a $10.50 Flat Shipping Fee for all orders under $299. Orders over $300 receive Free Shipping.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

We use Sendle for all deliveries. You will be provided with a consignment note and tracking link in your shipping notification email. You can track your parcel using Sendle’s Tracking Search. Simply enter the consignment note number. We recommend sending your parcel to a location where someone will be there to receive the parcel between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Parcel delivery will take 3-7 business days, depending on where you are in Australia.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders that are received by 11 am will be processed the same day. All orders received after this time will be processed as soon as possible, likely to be the next business day.
Orders received on Fridays after 11 am and the weekend, will be processed on Monday.
Orders received on public holidays will be processed when the clinic reopens after the holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The Physio Shop does not offer international shipping.
